I am constantly in search of a great cupcake recipe and typically, my cupcakes involve some kind of semi-sweet chocolate. Whether there is some kind of chocolate used as the base of the cupcake, something chocolate is stuffed or sprinkled inside. or the frosting is chocolate, I have a thing for the marriage of chocolate and cupcakes.

With spring quickly approaching in some places and already in full force in places like Phoenix, I think it’s time for a change in cupcakes.
