Busy Busy…

Today we started refinishing our kitchen table. It was white (which I loved), but with a two year old it got trashed. Especially since I didn’t do a very good paint job the first time around.

So anyways… we began sanding all the paint off and 3 hours later we finally got it all off. I’m wondering if I should of stripped it… then again I’ve heard stripping is a nightmare. I’m waiting for the final coat to dry and I’ll put the topcoat on tomorrow. I can’t wait to show you the final result. I think you’re going to like it!

I also worked on some goodies that I will be adding to the shop this weekend. I have about 15 different things I’ll be adding, I just need to take pictures of them. There will be a few necklaces, bracelets, more tu-tu’s (I had no idea these would sell out!) and a few more hair accessories.

Oh and while I was burning some flowers… some how my phone caught on fire. Don’t ask me how, I have no idea. All the sudden I just smelt burning, and I saw the phone sitting on top of the candle. All I could do was laugh.

It still works… so it looks like I won’t be getting a new phone any time soon. Darn it!

I re-did my table as well. I sanded the crap out of the top and then stripped the legs. The stripping is a little messy but the sanding can leave imprints. Over all if I had to do it again I would choose to strip it all. :) Try it next time. You might be suprised. :)

Whoa! Question what is that glue gun? Does it not have the cord attached and it heads up while standing there??
