I Heart Nap Time is a creative site sharing DIY home projects on a budget, crafts, sewing tutorials, easy recipes, tips and techniques. I Heart Nap Time is updated five times a week bringing readers new content to be inspired by. A weekly link party is hosted on Saturdays for readers to link up their recent projects and ideas.
Our Mission is to help women find the time to create by sharing tutorials, ideas and support.
Jamielyn Nye is the founder and managing editor of I Heart Nap Time. She is married to her best friend and together they have two beautiful children just under two years apart.
Jamielyn started this blog as a creative outlet in a little bliss during her day called nap time. She loves to create. She loves thrifting and thinking of all the possibilities that can be, from an old treasure. She loves to bake... and eat lots of cookies. She loves trying new things and enjos life with her family in sunny Arizona.

Over at Little Birdie Secrets, we're all about handmade! In fact, this year I'm making all of my Christmas tree ornaments. It’s been a LONG time sine I’ve made a trip to Goodwill (maybe 5 months or so)… but I have a secret stash of hidden treasures in a bucket in my garage. And when I say secret, I mean secret! lol. These are a simple but cute decoration to make for Halloween! Don't we all love simple crafts? All you need to do is: 1. Trace around the letters on to cute scrapbook paper. 2. Paint around the edges. 3. Mod podge the paper onto the wood. 4. Add a little extra bling: distress ink, ribbon, buttons and rhinestones... 5.
