Hi I Heart Nap Time readers! Kimberly from A Night Owl here! I’m so excited to be here today sharing these Chocolate Frosty Pops with you for Hello Summer!

little about me – I love all things crafts and cooking and am obsessed with Instagram, Pinterest – and lately popsicles! I live in sunny Arizona so the Summer months can be brutal – and popsicles are certainly a key tool for survival!

I’m also a big ice cream fan. Or frozen yogurt. Or anything frozen and creamy and top on my list of those frozen treats are Wendy’s Frosty’s! And because I don’t make it to Wendy’s all that often, last Summer I tried a few copycat recipes that I LOVED. Nothing like making one of your favorite treats right in the comfort of your own home!

But all of those recipes make quite a bit of Frosty goodness. And while that is great, I’m about the only one who eats chocolate in my house (is that weird? I think so…) and I just don’t need ALL the chocolate ice cream. Though it is good. So THIS Summer I thought – why don’t I turn the Frosty’s into popsicles? So I did a little division, trial and not so much error, voila! All the goodness of a Frosty in quick and easy Chocolate Frosty Pops!

    Chocolate Frosty Pops

    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup chocolate milk
    • 4 oz Cool Whip, thawed
    • 3 tbsp condensed milk
    • Popsicle mold or Dixie cups and popsicle sticks

    Directions:

Blend together chocolate milk, Cool Whip and condensed milk until combined and smooth.
Pour chocolate mixture into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
Remove from popsicle molds and enjoy!

    Note:
If using Dixie cups (as I did here), insert popsicle sticks when semi-solid.

Simple – just THREE ingredients, can you believe it?! Now those are MY kind of recipes. A big thanks to Jamielyn for having me today. I hope you enjoy (and try out!) our Chocolate Frosty Pops recipe! If you love this one – be sure to stop by A Night Owl for MORE easy crafts and recipes! Is the condensed milk called for evaporated or sweetened condensed milk?
