Easter cupcakes w/ toasted coconut & eggs

Yesterday I made the cutest little Easter cupcakes and they were just too good not to share. Toasted coconut, cadbury eggs, polka dot baking cups… {swoon}. These Easter cupcakes are so simple and nothing new, but they are definitely a family fave. Growing up we would color the coconut green, but I think the toasted coconut tastes so much better! These would be perfect for an upcoming Spring event. They require little effort on your part, but will definitely oo and ahh your guests!

Those are just too cute! That is a good tip about not filling the cupcake baking paper too full in to have a flat surface for the cute toppings. Miss Emmie is adorable!

Super cute cupcakes…and baby too! ;D
I had a question for you, I see that you have used the bead board paneling in some of your photo’s which looks super cute, do you also put a backdrop up behind as well? I’m terrible in the photo taking department and I’m trying to find a light and fresh way to photography my products and projects any tips you have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Those are super cute! Love that you just toasted the coconut instead of dying it green. Oh and Emmie looks darn cute enjoying that cupcake! I need to get some polka dot baking cups STAT!

Hello I am looking for a vaiutrl set to produce a TV show about real estate. For the video demo I saw the package of 3 Serious Magic Ultra 2, seems to be what I need. I would like to confirm that those scenes just the beginning of the video that appears in an aerial image showing several buildings and going inside a building taken at the table and showing the presenter is included in the package 3 of the program. I would also like to know a phone that I can contact a company official to clarify details about the product. My name is Marcelo and I’m from Brazil. Thanks if you can answer me as soon as possible because I need to do this work with some urgency. Thank you.

Cadbury mini-eggs are just about the sweetest little spring treats ever! I love their pastel colors and diminutive speckles! They look absolutely charming on the cupcakes.
