Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwiches
Lastly, I had to include one of my recipes, of course. I made these “ice cream” cupcakes for my son’s school and not only were they gluten free but also casein, soy and egg free. They are actually cupcakes with homemade icing that looks like ice cream. They were so delicious and also super cute.
