One of the great things about spring and summer is being able to grow your own herbs, don’t you think? It’s so nice to be able to snip a few sprigs of fresh herbs whenever you want. And there’s really nothing better than tomatoes and basil in the summertime!

So you can have the best-lookin’ herb garden around, I designed some printable herb markers and am sharing them with you today!

The printable includes tags for 16 popular herbs – parsley, chives, dill, mint, tarragon, thyme, lemongrass, chamomile, fennel, cilantro, basil, sage, oregano, rosemary, marjoram, and lavender.

To make the markers, I printed the designs onto white card stock and then cut out the tags. I taped each one to a white lollipop stick (you can get lollipop sticks at any craft store, or you can use popsicle sticks instead).

I’ll be keeping my pots inside, so using plain paper tags will work for me. But if you want to waterproof your tags and use them in an outdoor garden, simply laminate the tags before putting them on sticks.

I love how the tags add a bright pop of color to the green herbs!

  2. I have a set of three small flower pots with a matching tray for them to rest on. One of my daughters gave it tto me years ago and I’ve used them for organizing my desk items (pencils, pens, scissors, et.) Love the idea for the herb stickers; would love to see stickers for vegetables. I have a veggie garden along with herbs and the markers would really make the garden pop!
