    Good Day Jamielyn
    Just a quick question, can I use homogenized milk for your bread and if so how much..I have an evaporated milk allergy. Would the milk ratio change.

      Hi Belinda! I haven’t tried it, but you certainly could! I would use whole milk and start with the exact same ratio.
