I am SO excited to introduce you to I Heart Nap Time’s 2013 creative team! They are beyond fabulous and I am thrilled to be working with each one of them. I had such a hard time narrowing it down. There were so many great applicants. I know you are going to adore each one of these ladies! Since I’m headed to ALT this week, I thought this would be the perfect time to introduce them. You will be seeing a post from each one of them over the next week. WAHOO! Get ready for some awesome posts!

Also make sure to check out their fabulous blogs and follow them over there. I promise, you do not want to miss out. ;) Of course I have to include Coleen, my rock star assistant who has been helping with a lot of the “behind the scenes” work. She has been a huge help and will be working closely with the creative team this year. You may also recognize Katie and Abbey. They are back with us again, and I am thrilled to have them!

Kristy- Food contributor

kristyHi there! I’m Kristy, a wife, mom to two little boys, runner, and just a girl that loves good food. I love cooking and baking for family and friends and love the memories that always seem to accompany good food. You may have already noticed–but I kind of have a thing for sweets, especially chocolate and peanut butter. Preferably together.
My motto in the kitchen is simplicity- simple meals and desserts using simple ingredients. I try to make healthy meals for my growing little family, but we always save room for a little dessert.
