So now that summer is almost over I’ve decided to start menu planning again. It’s time to get back into a routine. :)
I used to do monthly menus, but for now I’m going to stick with weekly menus. That way I’ll stick to the plan (this summer I totally didn’t)!
Monday: BBQ chicken salad
Tuesday: Black bean salsa wraps
Thursday: Honey Lime chicken skewers
Friday: Homemade pizzas
Sunday: Baked penne with chicken, broccoli and mozzarella
