Spicy chicken quesadilla sandwich -a spin on your favorite lunch time meal!
One of my favorite things to make for lunch is quesadillas, sandwiches and salads. They are quick, easy and delicious! Today I decided to make a stacked spicy chicken quesadilla sandwich. I took some of my favorite ingredients I use in sandwiches and quesadillas to make this yummy dish! It was oozing with all kinds of delicious flavors!

For this recipe I used the deli-sliced jalepeno peppers and red hot chili pepper everything spread to give my dish a little spice!
Melt butter in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Spread the chili pepper spread on one side of one tortilla. Add guacamole and set aside. Place the other plain tortilla in pan with butter. Layer on 3/4 cup cheese, chicken, jalepeno peppers, tomatoes and lettuce. Allow cheese to melt and set tortilla on a plate. Place the tortilla with chili pepper spread in the pan and top with 1/4 cup cheese and allow to melt. Place on top of the tortilla with chicken and then place the "sandwich" back in the pan for 1-2 minutes to allow the 2 sides to melt together.
