Slow Cooker Rocky Road Candy
Slow Cooker Rocky Road Candy… super easy to make and only takes 5 ingredients! The best part about this recipe is there is absolutely no cooking or baking required. Perfect for when you need a last minute holiday treat.
Take one bite and you’ll be hooked. These rocky road candies have the perfect amount of sweet and salty ratio. Trust me when I say, add these to your baking list! I know I’ll be making them again. ;)
Rocky road candy ingredients
All you need for this recipe is chocolate, peanut butter, peanuts and marshmallows. Combine it all in the slow cooker and it does all the work for you. Seriously one of the easiest treats you’ll make all season!
If you aren’t a fan of peanuts, feel free to add in your favorite nut, such as almonds or pecans. Lots of possibilities.
I’m excited to be partnering with Kroger on this post. I found all my ingredients there and I have to say those chocolate chunks from the Private Selection are my new favorite for chocolate chip cookies. YUM!
Speaking of Kroger.. have you tried ClickList yet? I just tried it for the first time this past week and I am officially now obsessed. You basically order the groceries from the app and then can set up a time to pick it up. I find it best to place the order the night before and pick it up in the morning. I have a feeling this will be saving me a lot of time, money and calories (because we all know when I walk by the ice cream isle, I can’t say no)!
Here’s a few simple steps on how to use the ClickList app (I find it easiest to use on a computer):
- Download the Kroger app or go to Kroger.com and sign up for a free account.
- Search for the items you’re looking for (the more specific the better) and the hit ‘add to list.’
- To check, go to your shopping list when completed. Then proceed to checkout and pick a time to check out.
It does cost $5 (the first 3 times using it are free), but totally worth it to me when I have all 3 kids in tow. Especially in the winter.
Okay… back to the recipe, as promised!
