The first thing I would mix up would be a batch of whole wheat chocolate donuts. In reality, I would probably be a batch of dough for my favorite whole wheat artisan bread that I try to make each week. :)

Cookies (for me) or cupcakes (for my husband). What flavor depends on what ingredients I happen to have on hand – from gingersnaps to pumpkin cookies, spice cupcakes to peanut butter cupcakes with homemade honey frosting. *drool*

It would be a dream come true if i won one of these mixers. I’m currently in the process of moving into my first new place and have never had the need for my own mixer before now. My mom has one in red and it is amazing! I have rheumatoid arthritis in my shoulders, hands and wrists and this mixer is very arthritis friendly. I can’t wait to make lots of Christmas cookies in my new place and having one of these mixers would make it that much better! My problem……deciding which color I like the best!

The other day my daughter asked if I would just make a chocolate cake for her just because….so I did. Baking is my stress release and I have stress to release with a new mixmaster
