Hey friends! Happy Monday!! Hope everyone had a great weekend! Today I have a little Valentine heart gift to share with you that is easy enough for ANYONE to make. With just a few simple steps you’ll have the cutest little Valentines.

Valentine Heart Gifts

Last week I went to CHA (giveaway still going on here) and I wanted to bring a little something for my friends. I’m a total procrastinator, so the night before I left, I rushed over to Target hoping I would find something there. I ended up finding these fun little hearts in the dollar spot {{love the dollar spot}} and knew they would be perfect! I’ve also seen little canisters at Michaeals that would work great too!

I filled them up with a few Hershey kisses and m and m’s. Have you tried the raspberry kisses? They are SO good!

They were still way to plain to bring to my creative friends so I thought about what I could add to the top. Then I remembered I had bought some Chalkboard Contact Paper and knew that would be perfect. I thought about pulling out my CAMEO to cut out a fun shape, but I needed something quick. I ended up just using my 1 inch circle punch and punched several circles out.

Then I removed the backing paper and stuck the circles on top of the hearts. I added the “xo” on top with my chalkboard marker.

To seal the edges I added a little piece of washi tape (found at Michaels). I love the polka-dots!

That’s it! Simple as that!

Now I’m wishing I had saved one for me… ;)
