Candy Apple Pops… a fun way to enjoy candy apples when entertaining! Let your guests choose over and over again, what flavors they’d like to create!
Hey lovlies! It’s Jessica from Fantabulosity, and I’m back to share one my easy go-to’s when entertaining in the cooler months.
Every fall, my mind wanders to thought of candy apples. They start appearing in the stores. We see tons of recipes on Pinterest, and my kiddos start begging to make their own. (Only to find out that we spend all of that time making a large candy apple, and 3/4 of it will go to waste). That was, until the thought to cut the apples in to slices came in to play.
Now, we let them participate in the fun of assembling them on sticks, and letting them decorate their apple slices in a lot of different ways.
Now, candy apple pops are even a “go-to,” for any Fall party that we host, because of the ease and fun-factor!
Candy Apple Pops easy clean-up:
Whether it is just a fun activity for the kiddos, or if you’re wanting to create a candy apple bar, a great way to prepare for decorating your apple pops, is to lay/tape down a sheet of parchment paper on the table or counter. This way, it makes cleanup a breeze, and keeps your table nice and clean.
Candy Apple Pops prep tip:
To prepare ahead of time, you can slice your apples, soak them in lemon juice (to prevent from browning), and insert the sucker sticks or wooden skewers.
Candy Apple Pops toppings:
The options are endless for decorating your candy apple pops! With the smaller bite-size slices, each person can have multiple different combos and flavors! Our guests have so much fun experimenting and figuring out their favorite recipes.
I hope this inspires you to add a little candy apple flair to your next event this fall, or to create a fun activity for the kiddos!
