Cantaloupe Breakfast Bowl… an all-in-one, easy way to prepare a healthy and amazingly delicious breakfast! Definitely a new favorite!

With breakfast being the first meal of the day, I always find myself fumbling around in the kitchen, trying to find something to eat for breakfast.  I tend to always resort to the same bowl of cereal, or french toast bagel. Until I decided to try using a cantaloupe as a bowl…

Cantaloupe Breakfast Bowls are delicious and healthy! It's a great way to start the day!

I couldn’t BELIEVE how easy it was to create this scrumptious little breakfast bowl! For someone who isn’t a huge fan of yogurt, I was a bit skeptical of what I would think.  Let me just say… I am FLOORED with how delicious it really is.  I’m able to add whichever yogurt and toppings that I want, and that makes it even better!

MY OTHER RECIPES

Cantaloupe Breakfast Bowls are easy to make!

Since cutting the cantaloupe in half, I experimented with two different ways to prepare it.  Now… on a normal morning, I would cut the cantaloupe in half, and refrigerate one half for the next morning. (Two breakfasts in one!)
Cantaloupe Breakfast Bowl with yogurt and granola is an incredibly easy, healthy, and delicious way to start the day!

The first cantaloupe bowl included vanilla yogurt, blackberries, and almond granola.  DEE-LISH.  A little crunch, is always the way to my heart.

Cantaloupe Breakfast Bowl with yogurt, granola, and chocolate covered espresso beans! So delicious!

The other half included vanilla yogurt, topped with a breakfast espresso blend of granola, chocolate covered espresso beans, cranberries, and so much more.  I must say, it’s my fave. (So far.)

I can’t wait to hear if you give this a try!  Getting out of the “funk” of cereal and bagels, has been so nice! I even serve this to my girlfriends when they come over to catch up over a light breakfast and a cup of coffee.  So far… it has been a hit with everyone!

If you’re finding yourself in a “breakfast funk,” too… then you may want to also give my baked french toast recipe a try!  Perfect for house guests, or to eat on for a few days during the busy school year for the kiddos!

Thanks, Jessica!
