Can you believe it is almost November? Seriously, where has this year gone? Since November is just around the corner I thought I would share a simple gift idea that you can pass out to friends and family. I’m offering these grateful tags as free printables for all of you.

Free printable 'grateful' tag on iheartnaptime.com ...tie it on a bag or glue it on a card! Such a cute and easy gift idea!

Supplies needed:

  • Free printable grateful tag (for personal use only)
  • Scissors
  • Ribbon
  • Hole punch
  • Clear bags (found in the party section at craft store)
  • Card stock paper and glue (if making a card)

Instructions:

First download your printable tag. All you’ll need to do is right click on the image and save it to your computer. Then print it out at 100% scale on white card stock paper. Then you can cut around the image with scissors or just cut a square around the shape.

You can glue your printable on a blank white 4×6 piece of card stock and write a hand written note or use it as a tag on a bag.

I filled a clear goodie bag with these pumpkin pudding cookies and tied on my tag with ribbon (found at hobby lobby).
