Mini Spring Banner Printable

I have a confession to make…I’m a blogger WITHOUT a fireplace mantel. Shocking, I know. I’m hoping that my handy husband will be able to build me one soon, but since we live in the dessert, it’s not incredibly urgent. The problem is that I keep pining away at all those mantel pictures on Pinterest. I got really jealous that everyone can hang their holiday banners up, so I decided to be creative. I made this CUTE Mini Spring Banner Printable and placed it on a wreath and I love the color and texture it brings to my home!

Also, I have another confession. This is the first wreath I have made EVER! It’s pretty shameful, really. This is so easy to make, I don’t even know if it counts. To make this, you’ll need:

  1. First, print and cut out the printables. Next, glue the ribbon to the front of each banner piece.
  2. Next, cut the roses along the dark lines and roll up the rose, like shown (starting on the outside going in).
  3. Glue the rolled paper in place on the bottom of the rose.
  4. Attache the roses to the blank banner pieces, then hang banner where you wish.

I glued some extra roses on the wreath to give it an extra cute touch. I also love the idea of hanging this banner on picture frames or cakes. It would be fabulous for a Spring party! Although, I’m a little partial to my wreath ;)

For your first time making a wreath, you did a dynamite job!

I love this!! My mantle is dedicated to our father’s, both Army vets who have passed on, so I don’t do any other decorating their.  Love this wreath.  When I first looked at it, I thought the rosettes were wired ribbon. Seeing they are paper makes the project more fun.

This is very cute. I love that you don’t have the required mantel. I have a different type of mantel made of stones. I think it’s great that you think outside the box! My confession is that I received a Silhouette for Christmas and it’s still in the box! I’m kind of scared of it! Hopefully I’ll work up the courage to at least read the book that comes with it!!

Hi, Erin! I love your wreath!! The mini spring banner is so sweet… and the roses add the perfect touch! Thank you for the printable–I am so grateful that you thoughtfully provided the cutting lines for the roses; I can’t cut spirals into a circle to save my life! xoxo

Adorable wreath! I love it!  I was at Target yesterday and they had one wreath left (thanks for the tip). Thanks so much for sharing  the printable! I can’t wait to put it together.
