Today I’ll be sharing these yummy pink lemonade cupcakes I made last week for a friends shower! They are pretty much the cutest cupcakes around. Not to mention super tasty! Pink lemonade frosting may be my new favorite.
I thought about creating my own recipe… but when I spotted this pink lemonade cake mix at Target, I had to buy it. Anything to save me time! Plus the packaging was cute. ;) You could of course add the pink lemonade mix to one of your favorite white cake mixes. I actually love the taste of cake mixes though… but I HAVE to make my own frosting. I do not like that stuff in the can.
Pink Lemonade Cupcakes

- 1/2 tsp lemon extract

Here’s some more yummy cupcake recipes you will enjoy:
Hi Jamielyn, I just stubbled upon these and want to try to make them for my 30th birthday beach party. They seem easy enough for an “only once in her life cupcake maker” – right? I’m pretty set on these. Any extra suggestions for a cupcake making dummy? Also, I thought I would ask if you had another super duper easy, BUT super yummy cupcake I could also make for the party? (Feeling a little nervous to attempt this since I will have two little ones running around my legs!) I would love and so appreciate your guidance. :) Thanks!! Oh wait! Another question!! Any suggestions on the best way to transport them without having to buy an actual cupcake carrier? Thank you, thank you, thank you!! :)
Hi Alisha! I saw both of your comments! I think the pink lemonade and chocolate cupcakes will be perfect for your party…they are both delicious! :) Another recipe that I loved was my churro cupcakes…here is the link: https://www.iheartnaptime.net/churro-cupcakes/. I also have another post about frosting cupcakes that I love: https://www.iheartnaptime.net/frost-perfect-cupcakes/. Transporting cupcakes is pretty tricky. You could always go to the grocery store and ask if you can buy a few of their plastic cupcake containers. Or I’ve seen people make a foil muffin tin like this one: http://www.veenaartofcakes.com/how-to-transport-cupcakes/. Hope that helps a little! I’m sure it will go great! :)
oh so cute ,i pinned it

Thanks! :)
