Hey there I heart naptime readers, my name is Melissa Mortenson and I’m the girl behind the Polka Dot Chair Blog! I live in Kentucky and have 3 teenagers (heaven help me!). Right now nail polish seems to be a big part of my teenage girls lives, my house always seems to smell like acetone. My girls are always looking for new nail polish colors, trying out new paint patterns and it seems painting their nails daily.
They also love to give nail polish as gifts and wanted a cute tag to attach to a bottle to give their friends this Christmas. The “sparkle all the way” saying actually came from my 13 year old daughter as I caught her changing out the lyrics to jingle bells one day.
I designed this simple tag to fit on a bottle of sparkly nail polish. To make this gift just print the tags (I recommend using matte photo paper) cut them out and attach them to the bottle with some twine. For an extra jingle I added a tiny bell to the tag.
If you like you could also wrap up a bottle of glittery nail polish with a gift certificate for a manicure to make a thoughtful teachers gift.
To get the free printable tag just head over to the templates page on my blog. The password for the printable is “polkadots”.
Here are a few other christmas projects you may enjoy!
