Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- ½ teaspoon ground allspice , optional
Instructions
- In a small jar, add the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and allspice, if using.
- Shake until well combined and there are no more streaks.
- Place a seal tight lid on the jar and store up to 1 year.

- 1/4 cup (4 Tablespoons): follow recipe as-is
