For this recipe I used the deli-sliced jalepeno peppers and red hot chili pepper everything spread to give my dish a little spice! Mezzetta products

Here’s the open faced tortilla right before I stacked on the other tortilla. Then I sliced it with a pizza cutter and stacked it all together!

YUM!! This was so good! You could always leave out the jalepenos too if you don’t like things too spicy. This quesadilla sandwich would also be yummy with a little sour cream on top.

    • 2 cooked flour tortillas
    • 1 tablespoon butter
    • 1 tablespoon red hot chili pepper everything spread
    • 1 tablespoon guacamole
    • 3/4 cup shredded cheese I used Mexican blend
    • 1/2 cup seasoned rotisserie chicken
    • 5 deli sliced jalepeno peppers
    • shredded lettuce
    • diced tomatoes

    • Melt butter in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Spread the chili pepper spread on one side of one tortilla. Add guacamole and set aside. Place the other plain tortilla in pan with butter. Layer on 3/4 cup cheese, chicken, jalepeno peppers, tomatoes and lettuce. Allow cheese to melt and set tortilla on a plate. Place the tortilla with chili pepper spread in the pan and top with 1/4 cup cheese and allow to melt. Place on top of the tortilla with chicken and then place the “sandwich” back in the pan for 1-2 minutes to allow the 2 sides to melt together.
    • Slice, stack and enjoy!
