  • Hi I Heart Nap Time readers! Kimberly from A Night Owl here! I’m so excited to be here today sharing a tasty treat with you for this amazing Hello Summer Event!

A little about me – I love all things DIY, craft and cooking and am obsessed with Instagram, Pinterest – and lately popsicles! I live in sunny Arizona so the Summer months can be brutal – and popsicles are certainly a key tool for survival!

Do you love Greek yogurt? I do! And recently I discovered frozen Greek yogurt and oh my goodness! Now I’m a complete ice cream addict, so finding something that is just a little bit better for me is certainly welcomed. One day while eating a little cup of frozen Greek yogurt I thought – hey I bet that this would make one tasty popsicle! And I was right – it does!

Simple – yet so delicious! Now I can enjoy Greek yogurt a number of different ways! This is also a perfect treat for the kiddos. My boys love them! But then again, what kiddo doesn’t love popsicles? Mine get excited every time I pull our popsicle maker out! And this is one treat I don’t feel bad about giving them. In fact, when you make your own popsicles, you can control just how much sugar and what kind of ingredients you put into them.

A big thanks to Jamielyn for having me today. I hope you enjoy the recipe! If you love this one – be sure to stop by A Night Owl for what I’m sure will be more popsicle recipes over this Summer! Here are some recent Summer posts that you might also enjoy!
