This easy blueberry crisp is made with a thick sweet blueberry filling and topped with a toasty cinnamon sugar oat crumble! It's a quick and easy blueberry dessert that everyone loves!

Blueberries Lemon juice Granulated sugar Cornstarch Salted butter All-purpose flour Old-fashioned oats Brown sugar and cinnamon

Prep blueberries


In an 8″ baking dish, place blueberries on bottom with fresh lemon juice on top. Toss the blueberries in the sugar and cornstarch mixture.

Crisp topping


Using a fork, combine the flour and butter until it is crumbly. Add the oatmeal and brown sugar.



Sprinkle topping over blueberries. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 375°F or until blueberries and the oats are lightly golden.



Let cool slightly before serving  warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
