Bake bacon

Bake the bacon in the oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until crisp.

Bake eggs

Whisk eggs, water, salt, and pepper, then pour into a baking dish. Cook in oven for 13 to 15 minutes.

Assemble

Assemble the Hawaiian rolls, eggs, cheese and bacon in a pan.

Brush tops

Whisk together butter and maple syrup and brush evenly over all of the rolls.

Bake

Bake, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Serve

Remove from the oven and serve while warm.
