Indulgent, creamy and rich this chicken alfredo is easy to make at home with chicken breasts, fettuccine pasta, heavy cream, garlic, cream cheese, butter and fresh Parmesan.
In a large skillet, add chicken and cook 5 minutes on each side. Transfer to a plate, cover and let rest. Slice into 1/4-inch strips when ready to serve with pasta.
Simmer half and half and butter for 7 to 10 minutes. Whisk constantly until the mixture has reduced and thickened. Stir in the Parmesan and seasonings.
