Crockpot Lasagna Recipe


Delicious layers of noodles, meat sauce and melted cheese cooked to perfection in the crockpot! Only 10 minutes of prep, making this easy lasagna recipe great for busy weeknights. 

This crockpot lasagna is SO easy and is a meal that my whole family loves.

Ingredients: - ground beef - ground Italian sausage   - Italian seasoning - chopped onion - spaghetti sauce 

Ingredients: - water - ricotta cheese - mozzarella cheese - grated parmesan cheese - egg - lasagna noodles  

Instructions 1. Spray the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Brown the hamburger and Italian sausage in a pan over medium heat. Add Italian seasoning and onions. Cook until onions are soft and then stir in the sauce with 1/2 cup water. Let simmer for 5 minutes. 

2. While the sauce is simmering, mix together the ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and egg.

3.  Spread about a cup of the sauce and 1/2 cup water onto the bottom of the crock pot. Then top with 3 noodles.  

4. Repeat with 2 more layers, or until all the ingredients are used. Add 1/2 cup water around the sides. Sprinkle remaining cup of mozzarella cheese on top.

5. Cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until noodles are tender. Top with fresh basil, if desired.
