Easy Deviled Eggs

Boil the Eggs

Start by hard boiling the eggs in a pot on the stove.

Chill

Transfer to a bowl of ice water and let chill. Then peel the shells.

Slice eggs in half vertically, then scoop out the yolks with a spoon.

Mix together the yolks, mayo, mustard and relish with a fork until creamy.

Garnish with paprika and chives if desired!
