Easy Chicken Alfredo Recipe

Tender fettuccine noodles covered in a creamy homemade alfredo sauce and then topped with seasoned chicken. This chicken fettuccine alfredo is easily made in under 30 minutes and is loaded with Italian flavor!

Ingredients

Chicken breasts Fettuccini noodles Butter and cream cheese Heavy cream Italian seasoning, salt and pepper Paprika and garlic powder Parmesan cheese

Cook chicken

Season then cook chicken in a skillet. Transfer to a plate to rest then slice into strips right before adding to the sauce.

Make pasta

Cook fettuccine according to directions, then drain and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water (for thinning down sauce if needed).

Homemade Alfredo

Simmer cream and butter in a skillet whisking constantly until the mixture has thickened. Stir in the parmesan until melted, then seasonings.

Combine

Add the chicken strips and cooked fettuccine into the sauce and toss until well coated.
