Easy Crepe Recipe


The perfect crepe recipe to make for any occasion and completely delicious! The best part about these crepes is they are super easy and can be made right in your blender.

Not only are they great for breakfast, but dessert too!

Ingredients: - milk - eggs - butter - granulated sugar - vanilla extract - fine sea salt or table salt - all-purpose flour 

Instructions 1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and mix until batter is smooth (about 15-20 seconds). Refrigerate batter for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.

2. Spray non-stick cooking spray onto an 8-inch frying pan. Pour about 1/4 cup batter into the pan and cook over medium-low heat. 

3. Serve with your favorite toppings. Fresh fruit, jams, pudding, nutella, whipped topping and nuts are a few of our favorites.
