Wash potatoes

Scrub the potatoes under water until clean.

Cut into 1/2 inch slices, then brush with butter and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 30 minutes, until tender.

Top with cheese and bacon and bake for 3-5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
