Proof Yeast

Combine warm water, yeast and honey in bowl. Let sit until bubbly, about 5 mins.

Mix flour, salt and yeast until the dough is smooth but not sticky.

Mix dough

Divide the dough in half, then roll each half into a cylinder, about 12 inches long.

Let Rise

Cover loaves lightly with a towel and let rise for 20 to 30 minutes.

Bake

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.

Slice

Brush the tops with melted butter, then slice and enjoy!

Serve warm with butter or jam!
