Make crust

Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter, sugar and salt. Press into a 9-inch pie plate, then bake at 350°F for about 10 minutes.

Whip filling

Whip together butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in cooled melted chocolate. Add eggs one at a time, beating 3 minutes after each one added.

Spread

Pour filling into the cooled pie crust and spread it out evenly with a spatula.

Chill

Cover with saran wrap and let chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight.
