Ingredients

Olive oil Balsamic vinegar (or soy sauce) Dijon mustard and garlic Brown sugar Lemon Boneless skinless chicken thighs

Combine marinade

In a large bowl combine marinade ingredients and stir to combine.

Marinate chicken

Add chicken to the bowl and marinate for as little as 30 minutes to 12 hours.

Grill chicken thighs

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. This step is very important so the thighs don’t stick to the grill! Place the chicken on the grill for 5 – 6 minutes per side.

Rest and serve

Chicken thighs are ready when internal temp reaches 165°F degrees. Remove from grill and rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Time and Temperature

It will take about 5-7 minutes per side over medium-high heat. A digital thermometer should read 160-165°F degrees when inserted into the thickest part of thigh.

Store 

Store leftovers in the fridge in an airtight container for 5 days. Reheat in microwave in 30 second intervals.
