Healthy Turkey Chili Recipe

Prepare

Chop the veggies, drain and rinse the beans, open tomatoes, and gather spices.

Brown

Sauté onion, peppers, and garlic in large pot. Stir in ground turkey and cook until browned. Stir in seasonings.

Simmer

Add chicken broth, tomatoes, beans and corn. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for at least 30 minutes.

Then taste and add more salt and seasonings if desired.
