Mix crust

Combine graham crackers, sugar and butter in a bowl. Stir until well combined.

Use the bottom of a measuring cup to press the crust into a pie plate. Bake for 6-8 minutes.

Whisk together the condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice and lime zest.

Pour the filling mixture into your prepared pie crust.

Bake for 6-8 minutes, or until pinhole bubbles burst on the top of the pie.
