In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Mix together butter, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Then fold in blueberries.

Fill the muffin pan with batter and then bake for about 18 to 22 minutes.

While the cupcakes cool, mix together the lemon cream cheese frosting.
