Blender Oatmeal Pancakes Recipe

Prepare

Gather butter, vanilla yogurt, nonfat milk, rolled oats, eggs, honey, vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

Mix batter

Add melted butter, yogurt, milk, 1 1/2 cup of rolled oats, egg, honey, vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to blender.

Add mix-ins

Use wooden spoon to stir in remaining oats and any mix-ins. Allow batter to sit for 10 minutes while the griddle heats up.

Prepare griddle

Preheat griddle to 300°F. Melt butter, then pour 1/4 cup of batter onto heated grill. Work in batches as needed.

Cook, flip, serve

Cook for 3-4 minutes on the first side. Flip and cook until slightly browned and center is cooked through.
