One Pot Chicken Caprese Pasta
One pot chicken caprese pasta
is the easiest, most incredible pasta dish ever. It takes less than 20 minutes to make this dish and since it’s only one-pot, clean up will be a snap too!
This recipe is light on calories for a pasta dish, but heavy on flavor.
- chicken stock - noodles - boneless, skinless chicken breast - grape tomatoes - green onions - minced garlic
- Italian seasoning - kosher salt - ground black pepper - balsamic vinegar - fresh mozzarella cheese - grated parmesan cheese - Fresh basil - Balsamic glaze
1. Combine the chicken stock, noodles, chicken, tomatoes, green onions, garlic, seasonings and vinegar in a large stock pot. Cover and cook over medium-high heat.
2. Once cooked, stir in the cheese and cover with the lid until melted. Top with fresh basil and drizzle with balsamic if desired.
3. Enjoy while hot!
