Slice

Peel the peaches, then use a sharp knife to cut into slices.

Mix filling

Combine sliced peaches in a bowl with sugar, brown sugar, corn starch and cinnamon.

Bake crust

Roll out pie crust and then place in a pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.

Fill

Remove pie crust from oven and add the peach filling on top.

Add a lattice crust on top of the filling, then brush with egg whites and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake for about 60 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Then let cool.
