Easy  Turkey Meatloaf

This ground turkey meatloaf is a lighter spin on a classic comfort food. It's packed with lean protein and tastes moist, tender and super flavorful.

Ingredients

Lean ground turkey Panko breadcrumbs Whole milk and eggs Parsley and salt, pepper Onion powder and garlic powder Worcestershire and ketchup Meatloaf sauce

Mix

Combine meatloaf ingredients in a large bowl and mix just until combined. Be careful not to over mix or the meat won’t be as tender.

Mix together sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

Form and coat

Place mixture on a rimmed baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or a 9×5″ loaf pan. Shape into a loaf on top of a baking sheet. Pour sauce on top of meat.

Bake

Bake in the oven at 375°F for about 45 minutes, or until center reaches 160°F on a meat thermometer. Let rest on pan for 5 to 10 minutes before slicing.

Serve

Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans or sides of choice.
