Healthy Turkey Chili Recipe

Prepare

Chop the veggies, discard ground turkey packaging and gather sauce ingredients.

Brown

Sauté turkey, pepper, and onion in large skillet until browned. Add salt and pepper and garlic. Drain fat.

Sauce

Stir in ketchup, BBQ sauce, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and black pepper.

Simmer

Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer 10-20 minutes until thickened. Add more ketchup or water as needed.

Serve

Spoon into hamburger buns and serve.
