One of my favorite breakfasts to whip up in a hurry is this green smoothie recipe. Filled with fruits, greens, milk and yogurt, it's perfect for an extra boost of energy and nutrients.

Ingredients
½cupalmond milkor whole milk, plus more as needed
1 1/2-2cupsspinach
1frozen banana
1/2-1cupfrozen mango, frozen pineapple, or frozen peaches
Plain Greek yogurt, optional
Ice
Optional add-in's: 1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed, chia seeds, or hemp hearts; Frozen berries; Protein powder or collagen; Honey (to sweeten)
Instructions
In the base of a high-power blender, blend the milk, spinach, banana, mango, and yogurt, if using, until smooth. Add several ice cubes and blend again.
Add more ice or liquid as needed. Enjoy green smoothie recipe while cold!
Notes
Color: If you add frozen berries, it will change the color but will still be delicious.
