Ingredients
10Small red potatoes
½cupMayonnaise
2tspMustard
1tspDry Dill
¼ tspCreole Seasoning Salt
¼tsp Paprika
Instructions
Boil small red potatoes in salted water until fork tender, remove from the water and let cool to room temp.
Slice in half and scoop out most of the potato with a spoon as you would if you were making twice baked potatoes.
Mash the potato that you scooped out along with mayo, mustard, dry dill, and creole seasoning salt to create a mashed potato like consistency, then fill the potato skins back up with the mashed potato salad.
