Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups cinnamon chips
  • 1 cup raisins

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet and set aside. 
  • Blend butter and sugars together until smooth. Then beat in eggs one at a time and add in vanilla and applesauce. In a separate bowl combine oats, flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Next you will combine the dry ingredients to the sugar mixture. Stir until smooth. Then fold in raisins and cinnamon chips. 
  • Drop spoonful’s onto pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are lightly brown.
