Instructions
Instructions:
Cream butter and sugars together using a stand or hand mixer.
Mix in eggs and vanilla.
In a medium size bowl combine flour, hot cocoa mix, baking soda, and baking powder.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix thoroughly.
Stir in the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
Cover bowl and chill for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.
Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon (2 tablespoons dough) drop cookies 2 inches apart onto a baking sheet sprayed with baking spray.
Bake 9-11 minutes.
Let cool for about 1-2 minutes and then sprinkle each with some of the peppermint chips.
Let cool another 3 minutes and then transfer to a wire rack or cookie plate.
