Ingredients

cup
granulated sugar
½
Tablespoon
ground cinnamon
¼
cup
salted butter
melted

6-inch flour tortillas
Vanilla ice cream
Caramel sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with foil and set aside.
Stir together the sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Brush each side of the tortillas with butter and then sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar until evenly coated.
Place tortillas on pan and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until crispy. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Serve with ice cream and caramel sauce.
