Ingredients
12cupslightly salted popcorn
16ounceswhite chocolate (chips, bark or vanilla candy coating works great)
Melt white chocolate in the microwave according to package directions. Then stir cake mix into melted chocolate and pour over popcorn. Combine until the popcorn is fully coated.
Spread popcorn out on wax paper and then add sprinkles on top. Let cool completely, then break into smaller pieces. Enjoy!

Store in a zip top bag or airtight container at room temperature for 1-2 days.To gift: Place in a clear bag and tie with twine and a cute little tag.Tip: If you are worried about using raw flour, you can heat treat the flour to kill any bacteria before using. Simply place the cake mix in a microwave safe bowl. Then microwave in 30 second increments and stir in between until the flour reaches 165°F. Let the flour cool before using.
