  • 1 pound lean ground turkey
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3-4 Tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
  • Combine the turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, cheese, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper and parsley in a bowl. Stir just until combined, do not over mix.
  • Use a small cookie scoop or Tablespoon to scoop the meat out. Then form into balls and place on the pan.
  • Bake for 17-20 minutes. Turn halfway through if you don't want the bottoms to brown.

You can also cook in a pan on the stove with 1 Tablespoon oil over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes, or until cooked through.
