⅓cupfig jam
⅓cupsalted pistachios, roughly chopped
1Tablespoonhot honey
Flaky sea salt, for finishing
Crackers, crostini, or sliced pears, for serving
Instructions
Toast pistachios: Toast the pistachios in a small skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often, until fragrant. Let cool slightly.
Make dip: Spread the Boursin cheese onto a shallow serving plate or small dish. Spoon the fig jam over the top, and sprinkle with the toasted pistachios. Drizzle with hot honey and finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt. Serve with crackers, crostini, or sliced pears.
Notes
Storage: This dip is best served the same day, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Keep in mind the pistachios will soften over time.Make ahead: You can toast the pistachios and assemble the dip up to a few hours in advance. Keep it covered in the fridge, then drizzle the hot honey and add the flaky sea salt right before serving so everything looks fresh.
